Cool Air Solutions installed an American Standard Seer 15 heat pump system with variable speed handler in September 2008. The system has operated beautifully and they did a great job during the istallation process. I interviewed and received 3 quotes from different companies during my investigation for a new system and the reason I chose Cool Air is that Justin gave me straight answers and solutions that met the needs of my situation. He explained what made the most sense for effective cooling and heating, and he was very honest about what I didn't need. I felt he provided good value and quality for the system we chose.

On September 23, 2008, we had a new heater and air conditioner installed. Justin came out prior and gave us estimates on several units that he recommended for the size of our home. He explained each unit, their perfomance and what we will save in the long run. I just want to say how professional Justin and his team were. During the installation, one of the team members arrived at 8:00 am and started preparing for the new unit, but what impressed me was when the technician came into the house, he put on shoe covers and protected my new wood floors with drop cloths. Doing that showed me that he cared about my home and that is hard to find theese days. To Justin and his team members at Cool Air Solutions, the installation was extremely professional. We no longer have severe hot or cold temperatures in offices of either our buildings and our employees are now able to work in comfort.
